mr mohamed nabeh, the reception manager, contacted me directly before arrival. he facilitated the check-in process and arranged a late dinner. the room was very clean and the wifi signal was strong throughout the hotel.
the room i booked with a sea view overlooked the main pool. loud music played from 10 am until late at night. the music made it difficult to relax during the day.

Decent stay, but not without issues
loud musicrocky sea
The main pool music was EXTREMELY loud, surpassing 90db during the beach party. My watch even suggested I leave due to the noise. Lowering the music volume often went unheard. I guess SOMEONE must like it. while the staff were great, the beach wasn't much of a beach AT ALL. It was basically a raised platform with sand and sunbeds. The sea entry was rocky with limited swimming space.

The music by the pool was loud for many hours each day. The beach was not a typical sandy beach. The shower drained slowly in my room.

The staff at check-in were friendly. The housekeeper kept my room in fantastic condition. Bartenders provided amazing service (especially at the beach bar).
The shower drained slowly. Loud music played by the pool all day. The food variety at the buffet was somewhat limited (I had hoped for more variation).
